It was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was pretty nice. Great jazz music on top floor with view and good drinks up there too. Overall I was unimpressed with the quality but the classic nature of the place is pretty neat and it is modern and fancy.

A beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to travelers! The staff are fabulous and the building is amazing. Easy parking and within walking distance of Summerfest. Room service at 11 pm was fantastic! Our room was perfect and we slept great!

Always love the Pfister but this time I stayed on the second floor in the historic section. The hotel booked wedding party afternoon snacks and breakfast in the area right outside our door. Being awakened by people at 7 am right outside my door wasn’t great, neither was walking thru the tables and people to get to the elevator. Awkward.
