This hotel is a 20-room property that was quiet, well-kept and accessible to many options within walking distance. The room was clean with many amenities and a huge walk-in shower. We will definitely stay again next time we need to book in the area. Parking is the only drawback as there is no dedicated parking for the hotel overnight.
I wish we had been able to stay longer, but our schedule only had us there for one night. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were spotless showing a tiny bit of aging but only as much as you’d expect from a local landmark boutique hotel. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we find ourselves in the area again.
Great room, the hotel was quaint, clean and in a great location. Only issue is parking. With the location being downtown parking was limited to two blocks away. There was a bus station nearby the parking garage and were a lot of homeless.
Adorable hotel with old world charm!!! Everything in walking distance. The only drawback is you have to park in a garage 2 blks away. Also the riverwalk is right by you, so bring your walking shoes😎
They have a rinky dink operation! They have NOBODY at the front desk. I received an email to how to get my room key. My key was supposed to be in a lock box outside there front door and my key wasn’t in the box so I had to call and send someone to help me so I waited 20 min. If you ran a hotel you need to have someone there. Very disappointed

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
We arrived at 7pm Saturday after a long hot day hoping to check in , shower and enjoy dinner. Instead we waited in the lobby area and called the designated number 15 times before we got an answer. We were very close to finding another hotel. The room was very nice once we got in and we love that area of Waukesha, but its hard to recover from such a horrible start. We didn't get to shower before dinner reservations. We did not get an email , text or call saying that there would not be anyone at the check-in
This is a really cute boutique hotel, and the rooms were great. However, I would like to have known that we had to carry all our bags several flights up to the third floor as the elevator only goes to the second.. Also, that we would have a seven minute walk at night back from parking our car.several blocks away since there is no parking at the hotel. This would have been difficult with children or if I had been alone. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the parking situation was a deal-breaker for us.
The room was very spacious and unique. Huge bathroom. Bank of windows overlooked Main St. it is downtown so don’t expect it to be quiet until about midnight. We would certainly come back.
