I called the hotel after I realized I had left a travel bag in the parking lot. I called and asked them to check a specific area. They checked and told me it wasn’t there. I drove back to the hotel and while driving called and asked them to check again as I was certain I left it there. They again said it wasn’t. I assumed it was taken by a random passersby but wanted to check anyway. It was exactly where I had left it. I was very surprised, happy and angry at the same time. I had a lot of very important items in that bag and was really worried it was gone. I do not believe anyone looked. Besides this, I went to the desk through out my stay and had to use the phone at the front desk every time to call someone up and it took over 10 minutes one of the times. Other guests were wanting assistance as well and mentioned issues similar. When I checked in I was greeted by a very nice lady who was so helpful and had a wonderful personality. It wasn’t all bad.

Lobby is clean and bright. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was extremely firm. Pillows were way too soft and flat- no bulk to them at all. TV, air conditioning and refrigerator all were in excellent condition and worked properly. Property is located just off the freeway and in an area of good dining and shopping.

This is a basic, no-frills property, but everything works well and is clean. The only negative is that the items in the vending machines actually cost more than the prices posted on the machines.

Sketchy place glad we literally just stayed one night (late arrival and early check out) Employee at check in was not real friendly but also wasn't rude (did not appear to enjoy his job). Hotel is clearly older and a bit worn down. Hallways were in need of vacuuming as was our room. Bathroom and entry flooring had a slippery residue. Rooms along the hallway were open with tvs on all night.
