Everything is misleading including the photos. Theres a reason they dont have a photo of the building its in. Front door entrance was never locked. Cig butts all over the entrance, garbage bags full of garbage. Its not a quiet neighborhood, or building. Dirty, couches stained, floors not clean, tub had hair in it, no outlets in the bathroom, light out in the bathroom, no dish cloths, or extra bedding. This is not modern as its advertised. This all should have been taken care of before we checked in, not go back and forth with them the whole time we are there so we are some what confortable.

Disappointing Stay with Major Safety Concerns
I had high hopes for this rental based on the listing, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. First, the photos made the unit appear much more updated than it actually was. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely outdated, which was a big letdown. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no shower curtain, making it impossible to shower until the following day when it was finally addressed. Additionally, when we requested extra towels, the property management informed us that they only provide one set of towels per guest, which was disappointing for a multi-night stay. The apartment building itself was in desperate need of repairs, and the main door didn’t even lock because of a severely damaged door frame. This was a huge safety concern, especially when people were running up and down the stairs all night, making an incredible amount of noise. On top of that, we could clearly hear several people shouting, fighting, and crying from the front and back of the building in the middle of the night—either drunk or high—which further increased our unease. Knowing that the main building door was wide open made us extremely uncomfortable. I raised these safety concerns with the property management company and told them we were leaving to find a safer place for the rest of our stay in Milwaukee. I asked for a partial refund for the remaining nights we would be staying elsewhere, but they refused, claiming these were issues beyond their control. Overall, this experience
