We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. But the standout was the valet parking team. They went above and beyond in every way, offering exceptional service that truly made our stay even better. Their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Our room wasn’t clean. The sheets had blood marks on them and when we first checked in the AC was blasting at 60 which leaves me to believe most of the cleaning/resetting of the room was neglected. We also had issues getting out of the parking garage even though the front desk said it would just open for us.

Beautiful hotel, staff were great. Room was in need of a deep clean. Thick dust on smoke detector and really dirty under bedside table between beds. Also listened to major construction on building on my window for 2 hours - banging, drilling and scraping. Guests should not have been given those rooms for known construction.
