No proof still no room no tv no way
First off i didnt have a tv that worked i then got woke up constantly by housekeeper to clean and the room connected to mine was smoking marajuana all night long next morning i went to do laundry and xame back was locked from room when went to get new key i was told i was smoking and had to leave and was kicked out extremely upset over a no working tv i was told by a hotel ovcupant that the hotel staff was in my room when i left wven tho i specifically said no housekeeper they refused my opinions of the connection room and i even brought a tray of cookies night before for the staff i will never be back i would want a refund immediately

Water pressure was strong, Tv had many options, Breakfast was sausage and eggs that i enjoyed. Overall, cannot complain about my stay here. Staff also very friendly.

Overall, our stay was less than pleasant. The first room we were offered had not been cleaned beforehand. The second room offered had an inoperable vanity light. The third room door locked but was difficult to open/close and the bed light nearest the bath was inoperable as were the outlets the night stand.

We enjoyed our stay. These gentlemen were very accommodating, the rooms were clean and well stocked. Our maid was probably the kindest one we have ever had. We come by Chicago frequently, and we will definitely be staying here every time we come back.
