Do Not Stay Here!
OVERPRICED! For $300 per night: - no early check-in - at check-in "the room we reserved is not available" - in the "Suite," (which was NOT a suite! see above item), no ICE! No treys in the freezer, no ice machine on the floor (they are every other floor?) - and ATTITUDE! The manager on duty at check out: "is there anything we can do to make your future stay better?" I mention the ice issue. Her reply, "So you expect us to buy new freezers for every room?" My reply, "Well you asked, but you could just buy ice treys." (Reminder: $300 per night!) - the building is RIGHT off the interstate, next to a very loud, very popular place in the city that closes at 10 or 11pm, so expect to hear traffic, motorcycles and classic rock barring while trying to sleep (even on the top - 7th - floor) - the curtains do not close all the way so not totally dark, do not expect to sleep unless you have a pillow under AND *on* your head! - no parking options available except near-by lots that are "not affiliated with hotel"

Loved the 1 bedroom, only downfall was the bathroom was in the bedroom area, so with having two other people in the main area was kind of awkward having them come in the room in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Also, the pullout couch was the worst probably ever… like sleeping on the floor probably would’ve been more comfortable

We love this hotel and have staid twice before. They used to offer nightly happy hour a few years back but on this stay it was only on Wednesday. The quality of the breakfast was not great our first morning so we ordered in the next morning. Lastly our carpet was really damp and kind of sticky. By the second day the room smelled like mildew so bad. We love the hotel and everything about it but this time was really lacking. Oh and our room was thirty minutes lates to be ready and they had a lobby full of people whose room wasn’t ready. The rate we paid for that big weekend we should have been offered some kind of compensation. None was offered
