There was holes in the outside wall where daylight was going thru the walls. The shower in our first room broke…not a good area of town.

No hot water, very very very limited breakfast, ive been to many days inn and this is by far the most limited with breakfast. It also had a musk smell through the hallways and in the room. The doors dont close as well inless you force it close.

When we checked in the first red flag was when they offered us a steering wheel lock. Then told us to park in a certain location so the camera could pick up the car. We were told there was a gang going around and taking cars and killings people. Also it smelled of alcohol the moment we walked in the lobby (a beer can was on the floor). We felt unsafe and left. Would not recommend this property.

The check in process was not smooth where I have to sit and explain to them about the process with me booking via third party. I wasn’t even aware that they wanted a deposit because if I knew that, I wouldn’t booked this because I did not have that option with the other hotels booking through there. Lucky it’s was only for a weekend since my sister had a wedding reception for that one day.

The location felt like it was on the edge of questionable safe neighborhood. I had to park in the street, because they don’t have enough parking spaces if you come in late. The rooms air conditioner wasn’t pulling moisture out so left everything moist, especially noticeable with the papers I had. Toilet seat was broken, but I’m not fancy and someone left some hair weave on one of the door hinges.

My brother died in a motorcycle accident so I traveled to Milwaukee to clean out his apartment. I picked this hotel because it was close by. When I got there, the area was so sketchy. I checked in, the room was so old and just junky. I immediately left and contacted hotels.com to cancel. They tried to reach the hotel but the hotel refused to talk to them! Do not stay here. It should be closed.

We arrived at 11pm the night of our check in and went right to bed. The next morning we took showers and neither of us had hot water. We also had a dirty pair of women’s underwear from another guest left in the room. When we told the manager about both of these issues she did not offer any solutions. She did let us know that maybe we weren’t working the water knob in the shower correctly. When we returned that evening from our destination to take showers the water turned off completely in the middle of our shower. Oh, and the underwear was still there. When we let the manager know again they still did not a solution or to come look and help out. This was one of our most awful hotel experiences ever.

The parking lot was overfilled when we returned in the evening. We did managed to find a tight space. When we came out in the morning the car parked behind us was touching our bumper! Also, the breakfast was awful! Only biscuits and sausage gravy, cold eggs and stale cereal! No coffee and not a healthy option in sight! The stair well reeked of figurative smoke and the hallways spieled musty. This was our first trip to the area so I was not aware of the type of neighborhood this hotel was in, which is my fault,but this property with all its lacking did not warrant the $250 a night price tag!

Never again!
This was the worst stay at a hotel i have ever encountered. First, the pictuers of the property do not match what is reality. 1. I selected to pay at the property but my card was charged before i got there. 2. The parking is very limited and i had to park my Mercedes on the street. 3. The refrigerator was leaking and did not work. 4. There were visible gaps between the wall and air conditioner. I will never stay here again. I have pictures.

The team is so courageous and attentive. Some of them were joking with my little kids and it was an enjoyable experience. I noticed that the sink was leaking, when I let them know they started to work on it very fast. I appreciated them very much.
