The hotel was fine. Not new but was overall clean. Front desk service was not welcoming or service oriented at all. We arrived at 2:00 ( check in was at 3:00) just to see if room was available. After about 5 minutes of waiting at desk, a woman walked from back room and said “what do you need?” and not in a friendly voice. When I asked about our reservation, she just said “check in is at 3:00- come back then” In understand that they don’t want people checking in early, but there is a way to have a conversation with a customer without making them feel that they are a burden for being in the hotel. Came back at 3:00 and another woman came to the desk and greetings weren’t much better. She took a personal phone call in middle of check in and there just wasn’t a friendly vibe from any of the employees.

Do not stay here. Not worth the money. If your not lucky youll get a staff member that is rude, doesn't work with you in regards to checking in early to get ready for a wedding. When she finally does let you check in early there will be a $25 cash fee that you can most def see her pocket. However the general manager is fantastic . Wish there were more staff member's there like her.

Wish there would have been another choice in town
Had to call for help at the front desk, they were in a back room watching TV very loudly. The pool area was really ran down with no working lights or towels. No one working the front desk for checkout. Elevator sounded like it was going to break at any second.

At heck in basically we gave I'd, cc, were given our keys and no information about check out time, pool hours, breakfast hours. Elevator was scary a bit. This place sucked
Staff at front desk were unprepared for guest, uneducated about their own computer system, unfriendly, and unapologetic about the amount of time it took to check in. I believe the personnel at the desk were the owners, there was a wedding party staying the night we were there, the shuttle was departing at 3:45pm for the party, I stood in line for 45 minutes and was the third in line. The rooms had recently been upgraded per se but must of had the same mattresses as before, you could literally feel the springs in the bed as well as hear the squeak of them compressing. There were also no instructions for using the tv, what restaurants were delivering in the area or what time breakfast was served. When we awoke in the morning and made our way downstairs at 6am there was no breakfast and no one at the front desk. This place does not care about their customers and should be avoided at all efforts. If you find yourself staying here because of piss poor planning as we did, bring a mattress pad, your own pillows, breakfast and melatonin, you may also want to consider doing an Air B&B. It was not worth $300 yo stay here to attend a Dave Mathew’s Concert, I should have drove into Milwaukee and saved my money an patience.
