I had the most horrible stay. -Parking Fee was not outlined in website or confirmation. Had to pay by phone. -Rooftop area was closed, not outlined on website or confirmation. -Telephone Cord was removed from phone. Had to have housekeeping move the bed to reconnect. -Pool Gate was broken. They had to open with a stool and reach over the fence. - Toilet ran all night. - Microwave in common area was dirty. -No extra blanket provided. -The staff did their best to keep up. But, I will not stay there again.

The check-in staff was not very welcoming, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, only one wash cloth for two people, Wifi was terrible at best - could not work from the facility. Did not eat at the hotel.Had to pay for parking and the hotel is located in a business complex. Will not be returning.

The hotel is nice but the services were suck! We had 4 persons and only gave two towels. Everyday, i had to go down to get additional towels. I spoke to the manager and staffs on the first night and still had to go down to get towels for the next 4 days. Kleenex was not giving to us. They did not clean 3 out 5 days we were there! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location! Also, they charged $15 parking per day which was not mentioned when we booked. I will definitely write a complaint to the corporate on this location.
