Fresh paint, new stainless appliances, oven has built in air fryer. Fireplace was just updated and working great. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. 5 new smart (ROKU) TVs installed. Bring your credentials to login to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, AppleTV, etc). New bedding and pillows in all bedrooms. New towels for the bathrooms. New high flow shower heads installed. All floors have been professionally cleaned. New full sized washer and dryer. There are 6 new beach chairs in the garage along with shovels and buckets. 2 beach carts, one with balloon tires. 3 adult bikes and 2 smaller ones in garage. New dining table with seating for 6. Outdoor bar height bistro set.
2 living rooms with large TVs, so you can spread out. A Sonos soundbar and subwoofer are now connected to the main living room TV. Plus 4 other Sonos speakers throughout to enjoy music everywhere. Instructions on how to work those are in our guest book. Keurig single serve and drip coffee maker in one..

Located adjacent to/just a short walk away from Brand New Clubhouse and Lakeside Village and where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurants, fitness center, spa, tennis and golf. Short walk to the fishing piers and bay beach. Quick bike ride to nature center. Building has elevator.

Renters must purchase daily or weekly guest passes from The Peninsula if they'd like to use the Club's amenities (pools/athletic club).

Can not say enough about this well appointed condo at the Peninsula in Millsboro Delaware. The condo was perfect our family of 5 including a 3 year old. The location of the condo and was outstanding and great place to relax and enjoy all the activities that the Peninsula offers. The hosts, Jonathan and Madaline were extremely informative and available at all times during our stay. We have visited this condo 2 times this year and will definitely return in the future.

Great escape! Perfect summer vacation spot.
Took our family of four. Plenty room and supplies. Beautiful inside and out. The owners have some equipment in their garage for use so you won’t need to rent bikes from the club house. Also there’s beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the garage too. We only used the bikes. Bike riding was beautiful on the property. This place was fully equipped. Beautiful clean comfy and we want to come back asap

The condo we rented for our vacation was wonderful! The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We had all the comforts of home while living at a truly world class golf community. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The owners are so thoughtful and spared no expense when it comes to furniture, televisions, bath and beach towels, bed linens, dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen appliances are top notch! We did a lot of biking around the beautiful community. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. From start to finish this property is wonderful. Amazing resort and property- especially golfers!
This property is beautiful. As soon as you enter it smells perfect, is spotless clean and has everything you need. Towels, linens, beautiful appliances and all that is needed for a wonderful stay. You are located on the 6 th hole. Large unit that is perfect for 4 to 6 people. The host is extremely responsive. Dinner was great at clubhouse. Excellent stay.

This was our second stay at this property and was so happy it was available again this year to celebrate our son's birthday. The place has everything you need and want for a vacation. The location is short walk to the pool and other activities. We can not say enough about how much we love staying at this property that we booked it again for Thanksgiving and will be booking for next summer to celebrate our sons birthday again. The owners are wonderful with the communication and just keeping on track of everything. We love this property and look forward to it every year.

The condo we stayed was wonderful, it had 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful living rooms, screened porch, plenty of linens/towels/amenities and very close to the Activity Center. The condo also had everything you needed for the week and it included board games, video games, 3 bikes, ping pong table, darts, golf clubs and so much more. I especially want to thank the owners Scott & Rachael for providing me and my family with everything you need to know on the Penisula property, things to do off the property and for their immediate response whenever needed, they were a wealth of knowledge for us. Excellent Experience and accomdations
In the midst of a crazy year with COVID-19 this trip was so needed. The overall communication was excellent leading up to the stay and during our stay. They even checked on us after the Tropical Storm. The property was gorgeous and the condo was outfitted in everything you can think of you would need. This is the first time I have rented a place I really did not have to worry about the little things (sheets, towels, etc). My niece and son even enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. The Peninsula itself also exceed our expectation with the wave pool, walking trails, beach, etc. We are already looking forward to our next stay and signing up for next summer maybe even two weeks. Thank you for everything.
