Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
1.Approximity of the property from major attractions and transportation was very good.
2.The check-in process was not smooth. We had to struggle for getting the keys and checking in the room in the hot weather.
3.The air conditioner of the bed room was not working when we checked in. It was very hot and it took 3 hrs for the technician to come and check the issue. The AC issue was solved temporarily. Again we faced the same issue day 2 onwards.
4.The technician Vincent was very supportive and tried his best to resolve the issue. Also the customer support was very helpful.
5.The washer was not working. Again we had to wait for the technician to resolve the issue.
6.Not enough toiletries, kitchen napkins, cleanliness products like dish soap etc. were available at the property.
7.The property does not have any back up facility when there is electricity outage.
8.There is no light on the stairs going from 4th floor to the property.
9.Overall our stay could have been better if the Air conditioner worked propely.
