A wonderful stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, location ideal for us being in front of the central rail station, and metro just outside. Easy access to the city centre. We were grateful for a room upgrade with balcony overlooking the square. The room is a bit dated but the bed is very comfortable. A good selection of food for breakfast. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed after a long journey.

Overall, we had a pleasant family stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.The staff were welcoming and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and a pleasant atmosphere.The view from the balcony on the 9th floor was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay.Another very positive point was the hotel’s location: right in front of the train station, with a metro stop just steps away. It was extremely convenient for getting around the city, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, which we really appreciated. However, despite these positive aspects, I was quite disappointed when I first entered the room. I had booked one of the best rooms available and paid around €900 for three nights, so I was truly expecting something exceptional. Unfortunately, some areas felt outdated or poorly maintained, especially in the bathroom: damaged lower walls, a shower seal that clearly needed to be redone, and an occasional sewage smell. The small wooden desk near the entrance was also damaged. For a hotel rated as 4 stars and considering the budget invested, the room simply didn’t meet the level of quality I was hoping for. I am not planning to leave a bad rating, because the warm hospitality, convenient location, and overall experience were appreciated. Still, I believe that with a bit more attention to the condition of the rooms, the hotel could truly reach the standard it aims to represent.

Great check in! Room was big and great view of the Milano Centrale! Night Lights are amazing, no noise. We had a lining room with TV and bedroom with a larger TV. Room was modern, shower great! Rooms all good sized. Sofa turns into a sleep sofa if needed. Staff attentive! Many restaurants around and I had my favourite for dinner. Next morning, just walked across the street and right back at Milano Centrale, for our train to the Milan airport- most convenient!

“This was my second stay at Glam Hotel Milano Centrale, and I chose it again because of its unbeatable location—just a few steps from the central station. The rooms are modern and updated, and I really appreciate the bathrooms with bathtubs. My only suggestion would be to add an electric kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms, so guests don’t need to call reception. Other than that, everything was great as always!”

This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms. The hotel had a good location, very close to both the train station and metro, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the train station and surrounding streets. Breakfast was decent (7/10), with a fair variety of options, though it was much more expensive than other places I stayed at - 18 Euros at reception and 25 at breakfast. For that price I expected a much better offering. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The room had two TVs, but one didn’t work (we didn’t request a fix since the other was fine), and the other had trouble playing YouTube videos, frequently buffering. Additionally, there was no tissue paper in the room, and when we asked for some at reception, it was not provided as they only had toilet paper. The door to the room was also a bit damaged, with splinters above the lock. On the day of checkout, I accidentally got a splinter in my finger from the door and advised the receptionist to fix it ASAP for safety/liability issues.. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but some maintenance and attention to small details could be improved.
