The fitted bed sheet had a big tear showing that it was very old and was not even replaced. The drain in the shower was getting cloged after a while of using and it was nasty because you can see that the sbower floor was not clean mentioned it to thefron desk on the second day and they said that they will get somebody to fix it. First is that those kind of things should not happen at all to anybody checking in to their hotels. Very disapointed

Hotel was nice but didn’t blow me away. We were hardly there anyway. Rooms were really small , beds pillows very uncomfortable (too hard) I found the bathrooms too dark and not enough light for a woman to get ready. The big shower didn’t work so used a hand held shower for 3 days. House keeping would knock early morning which was incredibly annoying. We found out when we arrived that we couldn’t use the roof top and this was for guests who booked suits. Again, this was annoying as this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The location we found perfect as we used the metro to get around and Centrale station is a perfect base. I didn’t find the staff friendly at all but what does that matter. In comparison to a lot of hotels in that area it was nice but a bit over priced.

For 2 pm check-in we reached at 12:30 pm and were told to come back at 2:00 pm. We went for lunch and came back at 2:30 pm to be told that there is no electricity in the room and we will have to wait for another hour. After waiting, room given but there was no light or hot water in the room. Alternate room was also not given. We had no other option but to ask for cancellation and refund which is still not processed. Viviana at reception promised to revert back by the morning but still no response after 2 days.

Our stay was excellent, the staff at reception and breakfast were fantastic and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, our only issue was no chair to sit on in the room, and the room lighting was too dark to read. The location was very convenient to the centrale station. Overall a great hotel to stay.

There were none of the usual provisions in the room and we had to ask for everything like cups and kettle. One can do without such bother on a short stay and considering what we were paying. The aircon was not working properly and even the corridor was a relief from the stuffy room. The generally dark decor coupled with inadequate lighting failed to offer confidence of cleanliness and relqxation. Offering on the TV was also sub-par for the international clientele. The staff did what they could and they were nice and friendly. Location is good but overly cost conscious management let the side down.

The location was perfect. We stay for a couple of nights. My wife has a problem with the freshener smell in the hotel and room. Might want to consider having a couple of room without the strong freshener smell
