I have only good things to say about this hotel. It is very nice and clean. Air conditioning really helps on the hot days. The breakfast was fantastic. The central train/metro station is less than a 5 minute walk. I also loved all of the hotel workers! I highly recommend Hotel Bernina!

There are 2 moments to rate the staff. The person who did our check in refused to give us 2 key cards. No helpful at all . In other hand the person who was at the front desk the day after was an amazing person. He was very helpful, very nice. We give him 10 stars!!! Congratulations. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but he is awesome!

The property was heaps close to Centrale station. When we arrived the check in process was fine. They have one tiny tiny lift that was excruciatingly slow to get to the 4th floor. I actually got stuck in the elevator, the doors wouldn't open and had to wait around 5 mins for them to reset the lift. The common hall area was quite dirty old carpet. The room was ok. The power point if you unplug too hard, came out of the wall. There is an electronic shade which worked well. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable. The bathroom was ok but small. The water pressure and temperature were absolutely terrible. One minute it's cold and the next it gets too hot and not once did it supply enough water for a satisfying shower. Overall it's a convenient property but likely better choices nearby for similar price.
