COZY ATTIC ROOM IN VILLA

A very cozy DOUBLE ATTIC ROOM located between CITTA STUDI and PORTA VENEZIA AREA

The ATTIC ROOM is situated on the second floor of an early twentieth century Villa which has a main entrance shared with the owner.
The part of ATTIC ROOM is completely private and independent from the rest of the house.

The ATTIC ROOM fits for 2 GUESTS,
It comprises a little living room with desk and Sofa and a separate bedroom area where you find the double bed (King's size) and the private bathroom. There is no Kitchen in the room but guests can use for their own private usage the Equipped Kitchen placed in the basement.

The room is very charming, stylish and very well furbished (as the picures attached shown)
We provide for FINE COTTON TOWELS, BED LINEN, HAIRDRYER, NESPRESSO COFFE MACHINE, MINIFRIGO, MICROWAVE, KETTLE AND BATHROOM AMENITIES FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL STAY.
The room fits perfectly those who would like to enjoy Milan even for business travelers

The villa in which the attic is located is composed as follows:
-Entrance hall / common entrance where there is our Living room and Kitchen
-First Floor where there are our private rooms and bathrooms
-Second Floor where you will find YOUR ROOM with living room, little terrace and bathroom en-suite for your exclusive use.
There is not a Kitchen present in the ATTIC but the guests can use the equipped Kitchen placed in the basement.
-Basement where there is a laundry room that can be used by guests in case of needs, there is also a new equipped Kitchen in the basement that can be used by guests for their own private usage.
-A chill lounge patio inside the house, where you can relax while listening to music or drinking an aperitif sitting on the sofa.

Our family has a very sweet golden retriver, who lives with us on the ground floor, so if you are not dog's lovers or you have dogs allergy, sadly our accommodation doesn't suit to you.

We are currently working, we are very friendly and discret people. When we'll be at home we would be more than happy to interact with our guests if they like.
