The room in general was okay. The things we didn’t like were: One of the beds was very squeaky and the bathroom towels didn’t look very clean! We loved the air conditioning and the spacious double room and Franchesco and Manuela were very helpful!

There were bug on the bed and now my legs are covered in bites. The air conditioning did not work properly and it was extremely hot. It was cooler to be outside.

Ok for 1 or 2 nights, apartments smells of cigarette smoke, beds is rock hard very little comfort wiyj no headboard just 2 pillows against bare walls , area has limited dining options but close to the tram network direct to duomo. After checking out got a message saying the boiler and cooker is missing wgicj apparently i had stuffed into my tiny suicase and walked out of their reception with, not sure what its about but beware in case of potential scam

Las habitaciones son amplias, el balcón para desayunar es muy práctico. La relación calidad-precio excelente. Muy cerca la para da de tranvía. El único pero es que el barrio tiene poca opción de hostelería.

Points positifs : superficie des espaces, proximité du centre, le personnel accueillant (une dame adorable) Points négatifs : bâtiment vieillissant, parking accessible ou pour sortir que par appel téléphonique à la personne de l’accueil qui doit se déplacer physiquement pour ouvrir (compliqué et long si elle est déjà en check in…), alors qu’une kitchenette est prévue, pas de prise adaptée pour l’électroménager, pas de chaises alors qu’il y a une table et la vaisselle. Facture pas conforme à celle annoncée sur le site (plus de 100 euros) résolue après une heure d’échange sur le chat d’expédia). Surtout l’hygiène des sanitaires et des sols alors que celui ci est facturé 45 euros. Douche bouchée par la quantité de cheveux qui déborde dans le bac à douche et dans le lavabo. Pieds noirs à la fin de la journée. Mobilier sur le balcon inexploitable et je ne parle pas de l’état de la climatisation. Comment un site comme Expedia peut-il proposer un tel hébergement.
