The rooms were clean, the environment was very well maintained however, the front desk agent (some white woman, a little on the bigger side, short hair) came out to tell us that we “couldn’t have guest use the pool due to hotel rules” however the hotel should be more focused on cleaning the pool..there was no pool net so we had to swim in dead bugs and leaves, and had to walk around piles of bird 💩 that sits around the pool😵‍💫. Not to mention the trash over flowing out the trash cans outside with weird red fluid leaking all over the concrete…I don’t think the hotel considers thier own environment before they complain about people visiting thier family for the first time in years and using a pool when no one else is even using it. Not to mention the fact that it’s right next to a allsups?😭 it’s A POOL it’s not a luxury stay it’s ment to be used. Second: we kept needing towels, I believe housekeeping is supposed to come by everyday to change those out and we had to keep calling the front desk for towels🙃 it’s kind of frustrating going to shower and you have no towels except for the ones from the night before, our bed wasn’t even changed for the 4 days we stayed..we kept coming back to dirty/used bed sheets, at least fold it over and make it look nice so it at least looks like you tried to do something. Otherwise everything else was great, I’d give this hotel a 8/10!!! It’s better than the BW :).

This property is really a long-term stay for construction and oilfield workers. The odor of the entire hotel is dirty. The pool has lots of broken and missing tile and was icy cold in the middle of summer. This hotel also has a bar…but since we were staying with younger children, the staff did not house us near the bar, for which I was very thankful. The staff was quick to get us extra towels and a blanket when needed!

I had a problem with the first room they gave me and the desk clerk was super kind. She immediately apologized for the issue (I am allergic to what they put in the carpet to help with smell). Then she immediately moved me to a different room. I was so appreciative.
