Upon check in the employee was not very friendly. He didn't ask how many room keys I needed or tell me about the free breakfast. I felt like I was bothering him. Also the room had a strong chemical smell.

Hammering at night
Why would you allow your maintenance staff to be hammering on a wall from 11:00pm to 1 am in the morning waking up customers trying to sleep. Pure stupidity… I finally had enough and told the front desk cleRk that I would t be paying for my stay if the noise continued. Im sure other customers complained
