The Staff member involved at the check in was bad. It was mentioned at online booking that 3 people can share twin room. But at the check in we have to book extra single room for one person. Attitudes of check in counter staff has to be improved.

コスパが良過ぎて本当にこの値段でいいのかと思う程。子供と泊まりましたが、やすく済んだ分、レジャーで贅沢しました。 部屋も綺麗で無料の朝食も大満足でした。また利用したいです。

部屋はデラックスツインをとりました。子どもを含めて3人で十分の広さで綺麗で快適でした。周辺には歩いて行ける距離にファミレス、コンビニ、少しの居酒屋はあります。強いて言えば駐車場代は別で製氷機やレンジは1階にしか置いていない事、病院敷地内なので喫煙所はなかったと思います。

全体的に綺麗でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。 アメニティーも充実しておりとても良かったです。朝食バイキングも想像以上で、どれも美味しかったです。子供が朝、食欲ないので、シリアルがあればさらに良かったです。パンがとても美味しかったです。 清掃はパッと見綺麗でしたが、テレビ裏に埃が黙っておりそこだけが残念でした。 夜9時半過ぎ、外出していた家族が廊下で騒がしく、とても不快でした。

お盆で混んでたのもあるが、朝食ビュッフェが混み合いすぎていて、ロビーまで長蛇の列ができていた。混み合いすぎてて、イライラするお客さんもいた。

ビジネスホテルとして、リーズナブルで十なのに分な設備で素敵なスタッフの方がおられて満足でした。ただ、若いフロントマンによっては、混んでいるわけでもなく、足りないアメニティをお願いしたところ、ダラダラと対応されてしまい残念でした。また、けしてエレベーターが3機しかなく（余り人数が乗れない）、朝食やチェックアウト時は冷房空調のない廊下で待ち続けなければいけなく大変でした（階段がありましたが、施錠されてて使えませんでした）。
