Carpets not clean and had a dingy scent. Air in rooms were stuffy. Pillows and mattress needs changing/upgrading. No consideration when an emergency (father passed) happens, having to leave a few days before normal checkout and a refund was not entertained.

The rooms were very musty and smelled moldy. I had to ask to switch rooms which was a bit better but still had a smell. Because it was an overnight stay we didn’t want to make much of it.
