LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

Overall good stay, but poor room amenities
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some things that threw off the experience were the shower was difficult to operate, the bed was quite uncomfortable due to the support slats coming out of place that we did not notice till the end of the trip, the stove top was a real pain to operate and figure out, and lastly the dish washer definitely did not work. The sum of many little things gets irritating when you are staying somewhere for a week. Could use some improvement or upgrades. The pool only had two chairs available for the entire complex.

The pictures are really misleading as the apparement and building are not in good conditions as seen on pics. The stay felt more like a student dorms than sunset vacations. Also the ad mention parking but there is no parking belonging to the building itself and you need to park either on the street ($4/hour) or in a public parking $20 overnight.
