When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff and customer service were amiable. I have no genuine complaints. The location is perfect if you want to walk everywhere; however, if you have a car, I don’t recommend this location because parking is scarce, and there is no valet or parking garage associated with the hotel. Although the hotel could use updates, it is clean. Unfortunately, because of the storm, I was unable to utilize the pools.

My room was disgusting ! Bathroom shower head didn’t turn, it pointed to the wall, so I had a to shower against the wall and was also rusted. Bed was dusty and itchy. Phone didn’t work. Room was just overall dirty. Eveything was molded, and they don’t keep up with the cleaning.

Love everything about this hotel. My sister and I stayed here back in December and fell in love with the hotel but this time seem different, the staff came when they want, there was no ice available the whole stay and there was two incidents when my sister and I came back to our room and our door was wide open. Nothing was taken but it definitely made us feel uncomfortable.
