Could use a little dusting on our room but we don't mind. We went to Miami to have fun. Staff was very helpful & friendly, although we weren't able to do an early check in. We could hear the planes but oh well! Overall, 👍👍

Nice hotel, has shuffle to port of Miami, and hear the plane slightly but it’s not a mood killer when inside the room. Friendly staff & clean. Told the front desk about vomit on the outside sidewalk by the pool & it was gone in 5 minutes of telling them. Excellent will stay here for my next cruise out of Miami

Close to the airport. Restaurant was great but I wish it was open a bit later. Shuttle service was efficient. Mostly quiet. Great staff.

They don't care about the guest. There was no towel in the room and we asked and did not get the service. A cleaning staff was the person who did something so that we could get the service we needed.
