The hotel itself was nice. Staff was friendly and it was nice to have a hotel restaurant and bar on site. The pool was nice as well and has a poolside bar for your convenience. There is a path leading down to the beach for beach access as well. I was not a fan of my room, however. I had a king bedroom on an end unit and basically my bed was floating in the middle of the room with no nightstands next to it, so it made plugging in my phone and having water nearby very complicated. The bathroom was also extremely small and had no space to put your toiletries on the counter. The drain in the sink kept blocking up due to hair in the drain and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash trio in the shower was falling off the wall. I stayed as a single person in this room during a conference, I could not have imagine staying in this room with a double occupancy, just for the bathroom alone. My other collegues had the same complaints about the bathroom as well, so be aware of that.

Many area's of the hotel had been dirty. Communicated with staff about getting room cleaned and extra towels as we are a family of 5, it took multiple efforts to get this resolved. Food services inside the hotel had been an okay experience, the pool service was terrible, beach service almost non existing. Customer service was lacking, fake friendly and it showed.

Really nice hotel on the beach. The property is beautiful, clean, and the food was great. Additionally the staff is great. The only downside is the bathroom in the rooms. I’ve stayed here twice within the last 2 years and the bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The bath has cheap shower fixture, the sink was re-painted, but only over surface scratches. The toilet had the same thing going on with patches of paint to cover up previous damage. The tiles were dingy and the toilet paper holder was extremely flimsy.

Buena experiencia en general. Nos alojamos en una suite con king bedroom con muy buen tamaño (a excepción del baño, que es bastante pequeño, especialmente considerando el tamaño de la habitación). Personal del hotel amable y atento, si bien es cierto que la comunicación para determinadas gestiones fue algo confusa (por ejemplo, coordinar la limpieza de la habitación o informacion sobre excursiones). Respecto al personal, destacar la simpatía, amabilidad y profesionalidad de Verónica y demás personal de limpieza, así como de Isaac y otros miembros del equipo en la playa, que pese a tener siempre mucho trabajo, desempeñan su trabajo de forma impecable.

Mind blowing lack of work ethics!
Complete lack of work ethics from the staff. Very lazy and rude service for the most part. Always something small going wrong several times a day. Incidents too numerous to cite all here. Being kept waiting for more than 10 minutes by the staff at the beach as they chat and laugh with their colleagues, Being yelled at by a chamber maid, not being given vouchers that were promised, staff refusing to send food upstairs, and it goes on and on and on. Iron broken in the room, having to call twice for small room requests. The whole staff lacks professionalism and is just not doing their job…. They have lost control on this hotel and it shows.

The location was perfect, the room was too cramped for 5, and the bathroom was very small. The finishing in the bathroom was very messy and the door had plaster all Over it. It was disappointing that it was like this. The staff were very helpful. I am disabled and use a scooter and I could access all areas which is really good.

The staff was wonderful and location excellent!! Right by the beach and walking distance to Lincoln Road. Only downsides was that the bathroom is quite small, and as a family there is no storage/drawers for multiple people, and we stayed for a week. The space was a bit cramped for a family of 5. The hallways are very dark and the hotel rooms could use some updating. What they lacked in some physical comfort, they made up for in very good and attentive service at the desk, housekeeping, pool and beach - the attendants were friendly and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay!! Oh - also to know parking is expensive!
