There were no stuff on the property so it was really hard to reach them and get things done because you have to use the passcode to get into the property and the room as well. Apart from that everything was smooth. The room was neat & clean.

It was an Average hotel, they don’t show you the hallway paintings in the pictures when booking, definitely not a family/ kid friendly hotel. All they give you is a couple towels and no extra blankets. Definitely a loud place to stay at since lousy at night but on top of that they are doing a lot of construction in the hotel so do not expect to rest with all that banging next door at 8 in the morning. Saw a couple cockroaches but I guess what’s to expect since restaurant/ bar is downstairs. Parking they say is $20 a night, it’s definitely NOT $20, it’s $40 a night. We had to park on 7th street so a couple blocks down to get cheaper parking. Would I recommend staying in this hotel? Definitely not lol but if you are looking for a cheaper hotel & don’t care about noise then I think you should be fine, the room wasn’t dirty but they do not give you the room you book. If you are looking for a family friendly stays I suggest you staying in first - fifth street since it’s quite.

So close to the beach! Fun artwork on the stairwell. Nice they turned the AC on before we got there so it was comfortable coming in from the humid heat. Good mid-size fridge. Really nice they provided shower towels and beach towels. Bed was comfortable.

I liked the fact it was like a small studio with the kitchen, but the kitchen had roaches. And they had 2 Queen beds but one bed is directly in front of the a/c and it’s hard to feel air when you have multiple people in the room. Otherwise it was cool, convenient to everything and walking distance to the beach, 1 block over. Parking is crazy but they provide a cheaper covered parking 3 blocks up the road. So that was a little inconvenient but we didn’t use our vehicle the 3 days we was there.

its a chill place but they skimp on maintenance - my room had a window that was partly broken letting heat in - which covered with blinds- and the walls can be thin good location but not super clean or maintained

I loved the apartment and the hallway Decor checkin was easy with no problems ( fyi parking )first night I payed the meter $16 every 4 hours and the next night found out the parking garage next door was only 45$ for overnight .. Rooms were better than expected after being skeptical from some of the reviews kids room was Perfect ! my room tub needed repainted . Over All I felt safe and really enjoyed stay Thanks Lowkl !!
