The reception, room, and pool area were grest. But, this hotel offers no restaurants nor available room service which takes away from a vacation stsy.

Room was clean. Our "ocean view room" came with a direct view into someone else's room so that proved a bit awkward. Parking was expensive but I knew that going in. Strong smell in lobby but luckily didn't carry into the room. Older property but not bad. We'd probably try a new property next time but definitely worth the price.

Room was reasonably nice, reasonably priced, close to the beach. issues: *received email from hotel stating restaurant and tiki bar were open; however, we found the restaurant was closed, and the bar did not provide any food. we were told to go next door to another hotel and use their restaurant. *there was an actual domestic dispute in the room next to ours, to the point of being concerned for the occupants. yelling, screaming, doors slamming, from 12am until 3:30am. highly concerning and far from a pleasant stay.

It was nice & clean close to the Beach….. it is on 42 Collins not in the center of everything so there’s not a lot of restaurants near by. Everything by 10th in Collins but the Lyft where about 10 bucks to go where everything. The vies from the hotel pool or amazing.

After reading reviews i actually thought I would be walking into a dump. It wasn't as bad as the reviews though. It can use some updates. No breakfast no restaurant and a bar by pool that didn't have any choices. I wouldn't stay there again unless the prices are much cheaper.

I would say this Hotel is cool, I stayed there for 8 nights, and the hotel was good, the guy at the reception (both of them) are really nice, they speak spanish and are very generous, BUT the day I had to do my check out, one cuban lady (as me) came into my room at exactly 11:00am which is understandable, but she knocked my door and I ask her to enter, and she didn’t even say Good Morning, she was VERY RUDE and asked me for a broken window in a very disrespectful manner ( note: the window was moved to the side to be able to enjoy my view) I told her that it wasn’t broken and she replied as “well, why did you did that to it” , I was already loosing my patience with her tone, and then she looked at her watch and asked me (again in a very rude tone) “what time are you leaving?” And I was already waling with 5 luggages and two kids to the door, I replied and she just closed the door and call maintenance by her radio saying “room was occupied “ WHEN SHE CLEARLY SAW ME WALKING OUT!!! This lady is a shame for your company, and to be honest, I am cuban too but I have been living my whole life in a country full of good manners and good customer service, she completely destroyed my opinion about my stay in Lexington Hotel! She should me fire to ve honest because nobody deserves to be treated like that in front of kids, I was going to even leave a tip in the room for housekeeping but she deserves no one cent! I hope management take an action because for sure you will be losing clients!
