When we arrived, three of the main lights in our room did not work. My husband brought a few beers and could not keep them cold because the mini fridge did not work.
I promptly went downstairs and let the front desk know, and was told it takes time for the fridge to work, but it never worked for our entire stay.
In the morning as we were checking out, I let a new front desk person know and she offered us a free item from their pantry. For $200, I was rather disappointed with our stay and service.
When booking this reservation it asked for any special requests. I mentioned that this ONE night in a hotel was our family vacation and anything they could do for our kids to make it special, would be amazing. Even a candy bar waiting in the room would have been exciting for them, but it was never acknowledged. That was also a little disappointing.
