We stayed here the night before our cruise and it was a nice hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Breakfast is a little unorganized because the food is in a small spot but it worked. They do offer port shuttle for $10 a person which was convenient We would stay here again.

$5.00 for a can of pop and $5.00 for each snack was really ridiculous , we understand it’s Miami but seriously maybe the alcohol I can see that charge for but if there are tired families traveling and that’s their only option that’s in there means at the time then that’s not great. But for one night it was ok overall. The am front desk attendant was very short and not overall courteous towards us we weren’t expecting a room til afternoon since we were arriving from a cruise however that’s not what the woman thought and was really short with my wife. The pm staff was very polite and courteous tho.

A fine enough hotel stay. The staff were all great. The room is basic, the AC never really got the humidity out - then again it’s humid Miami. And the room always smelled faintly of dog. Parking is expensive at 30.00/night, though they knocked it down to 25, but I didn’t see that when booking on Expedia. Lastly, the fire alarm rang at 6:30 this morning, off and on again twice more. I guess they were having trouble with it or something but jarring!
