This unit has a spectacular open view, with a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room with a large and comfortable sofa for two little ones to sleep, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a tub. It also has its own air conditioning so you can regulate the temperature appropriately and a washer and dryer to do your own laundry for free.
This is a special unit for a regular family of four, maximum two adults and two children. We can always offer an inflatable mattress if you need more beds.

Hallandale Beach is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood.
This exclusive, family-friendly beach is now one of the best located in North Miami Beach.
2 minute walk to the beach or take the building's shuttle so you don't have to walk! The building has a shuttle to the beach every 5 minutes.
Close to US1, quick access to I-95, Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airport.
You can park in front of the apartment at Walmart for free and walk under the bridge to get to the Lobby.
There are transportation services to the airport, sawmills, south beach and various tourist spots.
The apartment has a laundry room: washing machines and dryers, inside the property. It is not necessary to pay or insert coins.
Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING venue. Fines for smokers are quite high.
We love animals, however PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our apartment.

Penalty rates:
- Violation of the no smoking rule: USD 200
- Violation of the no pet rule: 200 USD
- Maximum number of people allowed: USD 200 per night
If something breaks: Please contact home-admin immediately, so they can help you find replacements. Otherwise, the item will be reported broken and the price of the item + shipping + service will be charged to your account.
