We read mixed reviews before booking our stay. We visited on either end of a Carribbean cruise. Transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Does not have a pool, so it might not be a good fit for families with children, but we were headed to the beach. Price was right. Atrium is beatutiful. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was free. The area is a typical airport neighborhood. It felt a bit sketchy at first, but turned out to be okay. The room was VERY small, tight, very basic. It was not stocked well. We had 3 people and 2 queen beds. There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to request more, the person at the desk tried to blow me off, but I insisted that this was not adequate for 3 adults. There was no plastic liner for the ice bucket and only 1 coffee cup. The hotel did the job but nothing to brag about. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

The hotel looks like it was recently redone, the entry area is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms have also been modernized and were ok. The closet door was a bit datted but functional. The bathroom was really small in our room and very akward to shower in while keeping the curtain off you and the water in the shower lol but we made it work. Overall great place for the price and I would stay again, maybe in a bigger room of the showers are bigger. The staff were great and very friendly!

Pros- Convenient to airport, had continental breakfast. Your staff was so kind and helpful- that’s a huge plus!!!! Cons- Room bathroom had a smell that was not abated with Lysol or cleaning products. Hall carpet could use a heavy cleaning. Overall, a good place for a quick stay

It is disappointing that this is listed as a “Trademark Collection “ by Wyndham property. I expect more from the Wyndham brand. There is no way that this is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels. If it hadn’t been so late when we finally got to the hotel I probably would have looked for another hotel. The pictures of the room online are deceiving. The room was small, dimly lit and had a musty smell. You could hear the people in the room next door. The bathroom was very small. While it was clean the lack of attention to detail like holes in the tile or the shower flange not being secured to the wall was disappointing. We were woken up in the early, early morning by some guy pounding on a door down the hall. The police were called and when got to the lobby later that morning there were 2 police cars in the front. As far as the advertised complimentary round trip airport transportation, I messaged the hotel about how to arrange a ride from the airport. They never replied. I called them when I arrived at the airport and they told me where to meet the shuttle. I went there and they were gone. So we waited for the next one. After some time we called the hotel and when no one answered we left a message. We called again later and found the shuttle doesn’t run after 10pm. That would have been good to put on your website. We ended up getting a Lyft. We were able to catch the shuttle the next morning and it went very smoothly.

We booked this hotel because there was shuttle service from the airport but their shuttle bus uses a different hotel name on it and they won't pick you up unless you call and arange the ride. The hotel and rooms smelled like mold. The carpets didn't look like they had been vacuumed in a long time. I'm surprised that Wyndham put their name on this hotel.
