They first allocated me the worst room-it was noisy (aircon made a noise), not clean and dated. Not sure why it’s necessary for guests to request a decent room before getting one. And when my items were moved to the next room, my fragrance was stolen out of my bag. They did reimburse me but this shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this reputation-I just never felt safe after that.

Property is beautiful, staff service was great and room was very comfortable and inviting. The Property also has Living Room (speakeasy) and Saxony (club/lounge) which are great. Living Room, in particular, is really elegant and has great music. Wonderful experience.

Across the board, the staff at Faena is what really makes this exquisite hotel so special. After several days in Key West, we were originally scheduled to stay at Faena one night - We thought we would try it for one night. However, my husband took one look at the rooms, property and the welcoming spirit of ALL of the staff and we gladly added more time to our stay. This resort is impeccable! Grateful that Faena was a great ending to a marvelous FL/US vacation.

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. From check in to being greeted by name walking around the property. It was my first time staying at the hotel and now will be the only place I stay while in Miami. Words really can not explain the experience you get staying at the Faena.
