The location was great for food in the area: Whole Foods, dollar general, some restaurants. I didn’t like or appreciate that the only way to get ice was to contact the front desk…& then they charged $3 for it (w/out notifying me that there even was a charge)!! It took a good 45 mins to receive, in fact my bf was on his way to the front desk when he saw the guy in the elevator w/the ice & assumed it was for us. Crazy as hell smh. Not too sure I’d stay there again based off of that foolishness alone.

Hotel ambience is unlike any other hotels it was kinda special, or rather unique. The lift was a bit dark. Could have been brighter as during the afternoon, one might walk in from the glaring sun, only to be unable to visibly note the position of buttons in the left given the current light source.

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostar Miami, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Despite booking just five minutes before my arrival, the check-in process was flawless. The front desk staff, especially the young lady who assisted me, was exceptionally kind and made the entire process seamless and welcoming. The hotel room exceeded my expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, and offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bathroom was pristine, with all the amenities I needed, and I especially appreciated the rainfall shower, which felt luxurious and refreshing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing me with a great night’s sleep after a busy day. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. From the attentive service to the modern, comfortable accommodations, Eurostar Miami made my visit unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
