I was disappointed with my suite. It was really dirty and the house keeping was very random they came at 5:30 to 6:00pm when trying to shower and get ready for dinner but the day of check out they came at 8am when trying to pack your things. House keeping services was really bad and biz are.

Very modern hotel in the heart of Brickell. It's close to the airport and seaport, high end shopping options around, restaurants and rooftop bars. The pool scene is nice and balcony views are a treat.

Great location! We always stay at East when we are in Miami. Rooms are always nice and clean. Its also not very noisy at night like other hotels in Miami. 100% Recommend staying at East.

The staff was really attentive without being overbearing at all. The place is in a prime location and has many things to do within a 5 minute uber or <10 minute walk. On the grounds there are really great food and nightlife options too. Ill definitely be back next year. .
