I found the staff to be indifferent and uninterested in helping. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, lots of hidden fees and I was not aware of the construction going on.

The property is under construction! Main pool is closed, lobby, besides small plywood corridor, is closed. There were no word in advertisement About the construction. I feel that it’s not fair to customers. If I would know that massive construction is going on, I wouldn’t book that hotel.
