Quick check in. Comfortable room. Basic comfort inn. You are paying for the location. Nothing fancy about the hotel. Has breakfast, expect lines and limited seating. Easy to get to cruise port with an uber.

Good hotel for 1 night prior to a cruise. Breakfast was fine - sausages looked a bit insipid but plenty of other options. Didn’t like the singe use plastic/cardboard plates and cutlery as bad for environment and not easy to eat with them.

I chose the option to pay when I arrived for a one night stay and they charged my card a security deposit for one night stay plus the actual cost of my one night stay and it locked my credit card for 14 days and when I asked them to just pre-pay for the room They said they would still charge me the security deposit in addition to paying for the room. I have chose the option to pay upon arrival at many locations and I have never had this problem, but I was reserving two rooms and this was our vacation money that was locked on that card so we were unable to do the things we wanted to do for our trip so I will not use this hotel again

The staff at check in was very professional, pleasant and engaging, especially the male trainee. Breakfast was good. The general manager promptly sorted the issue with our room to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Kevin took real good care of us. He was polite, understanding when we arrive from our cruise. We arrived to the hotel from port around 9:45am and he checked our luggage and said he will call when a room was ready and that’s exactly what he did….received a call around 12 to check in. We really appreciated that. Only thing I would say I would have like to have was a shuttle service to the airport. The Uber wasn’t crazy expensive the next day to the airport.

The pool was very dirty. Was hard to find on Uber for taxi's which wasn't good especially Ubers. I know it's fussy but the main light in the room was removed from the ceiling. Pleasant stay and comfortable bed

My stay this time was not what I expected. My water wouldn’t drain from Shower and the room should be updated. My previous stay was perfect on a different floor but the room’s was not worth the hype.
