Super cute and colorful! Room was cool, small and intimate. We found the technology just a tiny bit irritating, but the lighting aspect was nice. The elevators were annoying, Took forever. Some of the staff was cool as hell and gave free drinks to my boyfriend for his birthday, but a couple of the staff were not personable and downright rude. Overall good stay, especially for price in South beach.

This location has permanently changed my hotel preference. No matter what city I travel to I will look for a CitizenM. Miami South Beach location was the cleanest, trendiest, and friendliest place to welcome us to South Beach. It also had the BEST hotel breakfast buffet and coffee selection I have ever experienced. Special thanks to our bartenders, Tommy and Tony, who welcomed us whole-heartedly with the best Piña Colada I have tasted (to date). They truly care and shared their pride as locals with a bunch of recommendations of places to check out. We listened and were not disappointed. The places we couldn’t get to this time will help us plan our next trip, when we return to CitizenM Miami South Beach.

Super clean, effortlessly modern, and the staff is genuinely friendly. The food from canteen M was a hit…not usually what I’m expecting from a restaurant in a hotel but it didn’t miss! Pizza, loaded nachos, and fries were good. 👍 If you love artsy modern comfort vibes, design, seamless tech that’s controls your room, ambient mood lighting, the blackout blinds—(which is controlled by a bedside iPad) and a XL king bed that's feels like heaven…this is your spot. It’s functional luxury at its best. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

Room spotless, though maid service was ignored for a four night stay. Be prepared for a quitchy experience. Friendly staff, room the size of a shoebox cut in half. Neat but uber tiny. Not a big deal unless you need space.

Clean, but very small! My boyfriend had to climb over me to get out of the bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. No coffee, no washcloths. Very high tech!! Shower was a bit small as well. Location was good and very walkable.
