Location was excellent. Servers were very friendly. Front desk seemed hectic, tried calling several times as location was hard to find, there was no answer. Need to ask for vouchers for breakfast, which was very good. Used towels (also front desk) and chair service at 15th st. Room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent Vacation
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious. Plus, it's located across the street from the beach and was easily walkable to Art Basel and Design Miami. My only critique is that the walls are paper-thin so be prepared to join your neighbor's vacation in the most awkward way possible.

A hidden Art Deco gem
My second stay at the Cavalier. This boutique hotel is exceptional. The breakfast is amazing, the service is top notch, and the hotel is very charming!

The hotel was great, it was clean , the rooms were small but that’s expected for the hotels on south beach. I like the esthetic of the room it was cute . The evening hours were pretty quiet. There is complimentary breakfast which was good but you can also order other stuff .

The stay was a mixed bag. Great location and it's a nice touch to have a breakfast voucher & beach chair access. There was plenty of coffee and water always available. However, their old-timey elevator was scary to use and malfunctioned when we needed to check out, leaving us dragging suitcases down the stairs. The shower setup is odd and all but guarantees lots of water on the bathroom floor. Overall good stay, but this place is very vintage
