We had PH1 (Penthouse 1) at the Bentley. The room was awesome. The location, just across the street from the iconic Miami Beach sign, could not have been better. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall the stay was fantastic. There are a few things that the hotel could correct. For one, at night they sprayed down the pool area on the roof. This resulted in water coming through drain holes and pouring onto our balconey as we were sitting outside. It was very annoying and we got soaked. Next, there were no utensils or plates, bowls, of any kind in the kitchen. When we used the microwave we had to improvise using box tops or paper towels. There was no sugar, salt, pepper, the kinds of things that would have been nice to have. Lastly, the air conditioning needs to be balanced, at least in PH1. The bedroom was very warm and stuffy while the remainder of the suite was cool. The hotel attemped to correct this by installing an oversized ceiling fan in the bedroom, but the lowest speed was as fast as the space shuttle and it could not be used. This really needs to be corrected. As I stated, we loved the room and will definitely return, but it's the little things that make a difference and it could have been much better if these things were given attention.

The room was very clean and cozy like a home away from home with excellent views. The short walk to the beach was optimal. Very healthy breakfast options with friendly staff. There’s no laundry facility onsite but there is one right around the block and so many excellent food options and convenience stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at Bently was a great experience. The location is perfect and very convenient for getting around the area. The cleanliness was excellent — the rooms and common areas were always spotless. The service was also outstanding; the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location. The lobby was being redone so it was a bit disheveled but overall a pretty darn good hotel for the money. Probably more for a shorter stay, but nothing bad to say about this property

The room was pretty good, but cosidering a vacation on the ocean, there must be a drying rack ( there was no balcony in our room) , only one hook in the bathroom although the room is for two people. Bed sheets were not changed for 13 days. That's the first hotel we've ever seen, where was no free printable flyer templates at all. The room after cleaning was far from being impeccably clean, and room attendants were Spanish speaking only. There is no parking lot near the hotel, so we had to face a huge problem and it cost us an arm and a leg. As for benefits, it's a perfect location, it's close to the ocean and not in a very noisy area on the rowdy Ocean Drive There is a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool on the roof and other standard hotel amenities. We liked very friendly receptionists. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay in that hotel in spite of true necessity to improve many things to make it a 4-star hotel.
