Clean room, staff friendly, but always bring food separate and cold like I asked for cottage cheese and never got it , asked for pancakes extra butter and syrup the waiter brought the pancakes cold and no butter or syrup until I asked again and got it 15 min later and thus was 3 consecutive days so we decided not to have lunch or dinner at the roof anymore

Great property at a great location. Loved the attentiveness from the staff. You have your breakfast buffet in the morning, and the snack area which is available to you 24/7 which was a great amenity that I appreciated. Would return again a million times over, couldnt get over the fact that within 20 feet, you’re right in the Zocalo Square. Thank you Zocalo Central! See you soon again!
