The staff was not very helpful in regards to problems with the room specifically toilet/cherish shower issues. they did not try to recommend a solution or compensation for the inconveniences I had.. I would not stay here again

Spent 9 days here overall an ok experience. Definitely not great. On Tuesday October 29 around 5 pm we got stuck in the elevator for 21 minutes. There was 9 of us inside very stressful situation. What added to the stress was we could hear the employees on the other side trying to get us out that they had no clue what they were doing. This happened on day 2 they got us out took our name and room number. I was expecting at least an apology from a manager nope nothing. The hot tub was out of service the whole time we were there. Shower doesn’t drain and water overflows into rest of bathroom. AC in the the rooms don’t cool. Great location and safe, we will never stay here again. Cruz Morales #1607

Everything was great. The service, the cleanliness, how conveniently close to everything it is. My only complaint would be that the gym was closed off during my stay but other than that everything was great.
