Lack of dinning options after midnight. Our flight was delayed and we were tired and hungry. Staff was friendly and sent hotel van to pick us up at terminal 1. Hotel is in terminal 2. It was a short 3 hour stay since our next flight was at 6 am the next day. Hotel shuttle made our stay convenient and safe

Everything was perfect until check-out when I asked for the shuttle from T2 to T1 of the airport. Service I had reserved on check-in and confirmed at 7pm. At 5:15 am, both receptonist, rudely denied I had reserved when suddenly the shuttle driver arrived and informed them, I had reserved the service, and he was ready to take me to T1

We arrived to the property very late as our flight had been delayed. It was past 2am and the bar was open with a group of very loud people screaming and shouting. The bar was open until 5am, at which point the restaurant started banging and crashing as they prepped for service. Our rooms were positioned above the restaurant/bar area and we had no sleep at all. We were up early for a connecting flight - when we complained, she said she couldn't offer us a refund as we booked via yourselves.
