I was recommended this hotel while in town and gave it two chances. Both times, they failed to meet my expectations, mainly because of the reception. I found them to be very unhelpful and almost cold - the customer service was very much lacking. Everyone else in all other departments were very helpful and friendly, though. The rooms are a bit older and dated than can be seen in the photos. Extra care could have been taken to bleach out the mold in the corners of the showers. The second time I tried staying here and gave them another chance, I ended up checking out early and decided to stay elsewhere, and was glad I did. The customer service I received at a different hotel was ten times better upon reception, and they actually seemed happy to have my business. It's a shame, because I would have liked to have liked to have this as my go-to the next time I'm in town because of its convenience.

The room was very dirty, the sink was clogged , the comforters were torn. The food was of poor quality, the chairs in the restaurant were stained, the tables were uneven, and when it rains the hallways were filled with leaks. For the price stays in a different Hotel

Opción para hospedarse para estancias cortas.
Es una buena opción para hospedarse sin embargo las instalaciones están descuidadas. De esta última estancia, puerta del baño no funcionaba correctamente, una de las camas, pues me todo hab doble estaba poco estable, parecía que se iba a caer y el colchón incomodo, tuve aue cambiar a la otra cama. La ropa de cama muy maltratada, arrugada y rota que desfavorece la imagen de la habitación.

El piso estaba roto, la habitaciones necesitan remodelación porque para el precio me he quedado en mejores lugares y más barato la alberca el agua turbia el jacuzzi no funciona demasiado sucio y muy deteriora la alberca realmente necesita remodelación y componer todo el hotel, el restauran bien amplio y las personas tanto de recepción, como del restaurant muy atentas sus trabajadores buenos pero la condición del hotel deja mucho que desear con lo deterioradas de sus habitaciones y alberca,
