This hotel is next to the freeway and getting an Uber is okay but hotel is located on a very busy street. Other than the restaurant inside there really is no other food options or stores close by but you can order delivery. Other than that the hotel is immaculate and very nice inside with a coffee machine various different outlets desk ECT..A nice place to stay.

My family and I were greeted on arrival and staff was very friendly. I had a lot of luggage but the staff told me to head up to the room and they would bring all of my suitcases , 2 mins later they arrived! They’re very quick and super nice. The room was AMAZING, i booked a standard room with 2 queen beds and had the best sleep of my life. but my favorite thing about the room was the rainfall shower, I didn’t want to come out because it felt so nice in there. the only thing is that i recommend being in the lobby at least 30 mins before you plan on leaving because the shuttles fill up fast and they’re first come first serve. we arrived 25 mins early but even then, the shuttle was absolutely packed. we had an international flight back to USA so we were worried about missing our flight but thankfully the hotel called a taxi for us and they arrived 2 mins later and in about 10 minutes we were at the airport. Overall i give this hotel 5 stars. It’s clean and most importantly, safe. I look forward to staying here again.

It was great to have the airport shuttle available. Been our first time in Mexico City airport it took us a little to find the desk. The staff were friendly and professional. We selected this hotel due to how close it was to the event we assisted. The room did not have a fridge or Microwave. Ice machine was not available. Also at the shower we had some kind of small flys. I will suggest to avoid rooms facing the street, this is a very transit street and traffic will make sure you have hard time falling asleep. If I was exclusively going to an event near the venues the hotel is I would definitely stay again.

The lobby staff were kind and efficient. The room was great but it was not acceptable to not have any food storage, mini fridge. The room service was expensive and low quality and the waiter laughed at our tip and made a big deal about it. I did mention this on the WhatsApp. Our stay was pleasant and besides this, the hotel served it's purpose and besides the waiter everyone was very nice, helpful and courteous. Thank you!
