The area is not the best looks dury and the rooms need improvement
Just the streets look so dark at night an i dont know if its was safe to take a walk around or not, i decided to stay in the room and not to take the risk going outside the hotel at night..
The location and the staff are the best however, the resort is in pretty bad shape and you can hear the people on other rooms. The building is really crying out for maintenance.
I stay three night! It was all nightmare, the soundproof was really bad and you can hear all your neighboors noise! It has hot water shower but it take time to heat up so kind of waste water. Also, if you only speak English it will transfer to other staff over and over or they just hang up on you! But the only good think is location was not far from Main Street which you can assess from bus/bike/car!

Location is a plus. Walkable to most places. The property is outdated. We moved from one room to another room due to leaking and low water flow in the bathroom. Mattresses were comfortable, but bed sheets and pillow covers looked old and had smell.

Pretty beat up with a coat of paint. We could see through put bathroom vent into the one next door so that was creepy. Literally hear every single thing on the entire floor cause that's how thin the walls were. Great location though
I was under the impression that a 4.2 stars hotel was very good in Mexico but I learned that it’s not… the hotel was smelly, no toilet paper, the reservation was there, but not the room (?) and no apology for making us wait until a room was available
I really enjoyed the stay here we were close to a downtown area could walk to most of stuff it was clean and the staff was great especially Armando he was nice and helpful made very good suggestions to eating spots to museums to local things we might be interested in seeing I would recommend this hotel to friends and family
We will not be staying here again. The room was dirty, the door didnt shut properly without being forced as the hinges were misaligned and hanging, the window in the room was broken and we were not able to shut it so we had all the noise from the street kept us up all night. No washcloths were provided and the bed was so hard Iwoke up sore from it, and no comforter was provided. The bedside table lights didnt even have lampshades, they were just exposed bulbs. The shower was dirty and dated and there was a space behind the toilet that you could clearly see into another room from. It was too late for us to find another hotel so we were forced to stay. The only good thing was the bell boy armando or arturo that helped us. He was amazing. I would not recomend staying here. I tried to attach photos, but it would not allow me to attach.
