The staff was very informative about local places to eat and about tours and activities. 10/10 would stay here again. Also very accommodating to my mother who they lent a wheelchair to for the duration of our stay.

A very convenient location. Room is clean and served very well every day. Breakfast is wonderful! I especially like to thank Roberto for his very friendly and efficient service. Serving food and drinks could be very busy in the early morning, but Roberto did an excellent job getting everything done well!

This was my favorite hotel ever. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful. There was a lovely lounge area in the lobby for hanging out or eating. Best of all, they provided free food and drink 24 hours a day. This included things like lattes, cappuccino, some alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, soup, desserts, etc. So convenient! Also, there is a full breakfast (with waiter service) included in the price of the room. The location provided easy access to Zocalo Square and the Palacio de las Bellas Artes. The historic area was very crowded, and this hotel was an oasis for us.

The staff at Historico Central was exceptional! They gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive to our needs during our stay. They were always available to help and answer questions. Hotel was always very clean and the food options were great. The location was perfect and near many of the beautiful sights that Mexico City has to offer. Definitely will be staying here again on the next trip!

Best part was location and staff at the property. Concierge Elizabeth was great and the breakfast staff and food was amazing quality. We really appreciated Jair and the other breakfast staff. Also the Cafe Central was fantastic and the service of Brenda was great!

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) spent 4 nights at Historico Central Hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The value for money is unbeatable compared to other hotels in the area and all of Mexico City. We’re already planning our next visit, partly because we want to stay here again! Location: Located in the heart of the historic district, the hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk to major attractions and famous restaurants. It was incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine. Safety: We felt very safe walking around the historic district, both day and night. There were police officers at every corner, which made us feel secure, especially with teenagers in tow. Transportation: The area is well-connected with several metro stations nearby, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city for a very affordable price. Cleanliness: The hotel is impeccably clean. We had a small issue with a clogged bathroom sink, but it was fixed promptly after we reported it to the front desk. We were impressed with the quick response. Hotel Staff: The staff were professional, polite, and respectful. We felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. Amenities: The hotel offers a great variety of amenities, including a free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, unlimited domestic beers and sandwiches, and nearly everything on the café menu (except alcohol) at free of charge. Property Conditions: The hotel is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
