The hotel was impressive, a historical establishment with a rich history. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding service during my entire stay. The telephone bar was a particularly enjoyable venue for a light meal and a beverage. The bartenders and staff there were excellent, and the adjacent restaurant, Buenos Díaz, offered both convenience and delicious cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Absolutely stunning hotel! So historic! But! It is in the zona rosa, party side of town. So it’s LOUD especially on weekends! But, everyday is party day in Mexico. But, the hotel’s beauty offsets it for us.

The hotel itself has a very pretty lobby, bar, and dining areas. Check-in/out was easy and quick. Any staff member we came in to contact with was nice and helpful. The room it self was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Please be aware that this hotel is very old, which just means it could do with some updates, but we had no complaints. Area can’t be beat, lots of restaurants and shopping near by. We would stay here again!

The rooms were so dated, gross And dirty, dirty carpet, dirty towels, poor illumination and only one electrical outlet, no night stand. Lobby is very nice but rooms are disgusting
