Absolute scam! We had a reservation and they didn’t let us leave the luggages before checkin for free, they asked us to pay for every piece of luggage. Moreover when we came for checkin we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes (!!!) because there was only one receptionist doing the checkin… it’s not a boutique hotel but a huge resort so I don’t know what were they thinking! Finally when we got into the room it was horrible smell inside, there were no towels, we had to ask for them etc. WE WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

This is a good choice for an overnight stay before having an early flight out. The airport shuttle was very convenient and ran on time, no charge. The location is not attractive, but it was convenient for proximity to airport. We arrived at 5 p.m. the day before our flight out and wanted to see Mexico City and have dinner that night. We asked about getting an Uber and where we should go with limited time. Hector, at the front desk, offered to connect us with a driver to arrange a private tour, which was exactly what we wanted and not too pricy. The driver, Carlos, took us to the main places of interest, let us get out to take pictures, walked with us to ensure our safety, and took us to a good restaurant with tipical Mexican food that was not so crowded as to have a long wait. That was what made our stay at the Fiesta Inn really special. Our room was okay -- clean and comfortable, but small and very basic.

shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff was terrible unhelpful we had to ask so many questions to find out what was going on after they said we had to wait one hour and a half to be taken from the airport to the hotel. We had to find out how to get to the hotel by ourselves.

We have been staying in this hotel for more than 10 years and the service is still amazing! The only update is that you need to make a reservation to use the shuttle to the airport. Other than that 5 stars service!

I’m handicapped, walk with a cane. The person who wheeled me in the airport called the hotel for shuttle pickup .. they said 5 to 10 minutes, I waited outside door 4 for 30 - 45 minutes - it was after 2 am and very cold. When the shuttle did arrive an entire airline crew got on - I suspect that’s who they were waiting for while myself and another lady froze on the sidewalk. When I finally got into a room is was farthest away from the lobby & elevators - walking with luggage and a cane. Also I understood the rate included breakfast apparently it did not !!!
