El staff excelente, muy amables y actitud de servicio. La habitación 705 puede ser un poco ruidosa por los ruidos de la calle y por encontrarse justo debajo del gym donde escuchas como otros huéspedes están usando las pesas ya que las dejan caer

Property too noisy my room had water damage and ac was leaking water making noise good thing it was cold but I suggest inspecting rooms thoroughly before checking in guests. Also suggest offering to clean room daily and fresh towels

The location is awesom. Was a little loud from traffic on Main Street but I am not picky. Only thing I didn’t like is not being able to get ahold of the hotel host to get fresh towels but all in all a great place to stay.

My experience was not as what I expected, after my first night I didn’t have water in the morning for a few hours then I come back to my room in the evening and there was not power! They said it was happening in the whole area but a neighbor said he was there for the last month and that was happening every week. We didn’t have power for about 5 hours then I ask to get clean towels and sheets they said it was an extra cost for that!

The reason I gave it four stars is because I paid for the room that I said city view, and we stayed at the second floor and not at a higher level, and there was a big tree covering the window to top it . The wall where the air conditioning unit was was full of the water running down and looked ugly. Other than that, I liked the place a lot.
