Private rooftop space with views to national landmarks such as downtown financial district skyscrapers, impecable view of Chapultepec Castle & park and right next to the beautiful church of "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" built in 1910 which can also be viewed from living room and bedrooms. The spaces are very well illuminated with natural light and wooden floors.
Excellent centric location walking distance to some of the most famous museums, galleries, & restaurants in the city.

The Space:
We always gift our guests with a small mezcal bottle for you to try out. Its a 2 story apartment with a private rooftop.

When you arrive to the property the main entrance leads to a key elevator that takes you directly to the 3rd floor inside of the apartment. On that floor you will find the living room and dining room decorated with a Kilim rug, guest bathroom, kitchen as well as the laundry room and maid quarter( which is not listed as a bedroom) this space has two balconies on opposite sides with views to the church and partial park views. On the second level you will find three bedrooms one king size bed, one double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a twin to King converter device giving it the option to become a king size bed. This gives it the flexibility you need.

On the third level you have a private rooftop with spectacular views of the city skyline, castle of chapultepec and the church unique rooftop there is also private bathroom, dining table.

There apartment has double windows making it better to cope with the busy city.

The apartment is in a upcoming neighborhood, steps away from an array of galleries and museums sucha as: chapultepec Park, Casa Gilardi, casa estudio Luis Barragán, Museo de Antropología, Tamayo, Kurimanzutto etc.

Great family stay
The open air living space was great for meals, movies and hanging out together. Having comfortable bedrooms on next floor with en-suite bathrooms was great. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the airiness and light. Traffic noise was only downside, but we accommodated to It.location is great - walked to numerous restaurants and parks.

A little luxury for us
Our host was congenial and accommodating. The property allows for lots of privacy; the three bedrooms, all with clean and spacious bathrooms, are a floor above the kitchen, dining and livingrooms. Amazing views of the church and the city from the many balconies and rooftop seating areas. Steps away from the park. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay in CDMX
The property was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy and Santiago was very responsive. We were three women traveling from the U.S. and felt completely safe both in the apartment as well as walking around the neighborhood at night. The only negative is that the property was on the outskirts of Condesa, so not as close to the restaurants, shops, etc as I would have liked. If, however, you are looking for a quieter area to stay and/or easy access to Chapultepec Park and all there is to do there, then this is definitely the place for you. The views from the windows and roof are gorgeous!

Perfect place in Condesa
The communication with the host was fast and super helpful. He has a guide that gives you a great run down of the neighborhood. I don't think we could stayed in a better part of town. It's a short walk to Roma Norte and we loved heading to the park every morning. The place itself was beautiful, clean, modern and so nice. The rooftop dining spot was a great way to relax after a long day around town. I plan to come to CDMX again and will absolutely try to book this penthouse.
