now in Spanish! como siempre fantástico, siempre con la amabilidad de Carlos y Andrea ( genios ) mi habitacion impecable, de verdad que es mi lugar preferido para quedarme en MX, cambie el area de Polanco por Condesa y fue mi mejor eleccion con AR218.

Great location nice property The only thing that I didn't like is the last day after staying for six nights we ask for late check out and they were trying to charge me money for that I believe that after 6 nights staying at the property and asking to stay extra 1 hour should not be an issue

Comfortable location for a few days.
It's a fine place to stay for a few nights. It is still a 15-20 minutes drive to Polanco area due to traffic. The facility itself is clean and the A/C and wifi works well.

Hotel is in a great area and nice but there were a couple of issues - our room had a patio and the door to the patio did not lock; we needed the business center early in the morning and it was locked - the security guard did not have the key; room was cleaned well some days, not others.

Interesting spot, stayed twice in a week on business travel and got two different rooms at the same price level but with different amenities. Was fairly noisy with a stairwell nearby and the second room had floor to ceiling windows that made it conspicuously non-private after dark (seriously). Was nice for a hotel in CDMX but not excellent.

Very good location, very friendly staff. They did not respect an upgrade that we paid days before our stay, you can hear noise from the room above, the safe box didn't work, they didn't have batteries in the air conditioning controls
